How much is the shipping fee?

EverjoyLife provides FREE SHIPPING for orders over $20! For orders below $20, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

I haven't received my product, what is going on?

We are based in China, and the shipping time may vary based on the distance of the location you are and between us, normally it takes 1 - 2 weeks. If you haven't received your product after 25 business day after you place it, please let us know by emailing us (marketing@everjoylife.com) with your order number. Thank you for your patience!

I have ordered a wrong product, how can I return it?

Do not worry! You can return unused items within 30 days of your purchase, with some exceptions. You can check more details on our Returns & Refunds policy. If you have changed your mind, please send us an email at marketing@everjoylife.com.
